The attached form includes many of the documents that we, as your mortgage lender, will require you to provide us in the course of qualifying you for a mortgage loan. 

As the loan progresses through the process, you may be contacted to send us additional information. 

Your employer will be contacted for verification information (so you may want to alert them, so that they will have the information available to respond). 

We ask that you provide us with copies of your documents, if possible, or if you bring in originals, we will copy and return your originals to you. 

Please make sure that you respond as quickly as possible to any requests, as any delay will cause additional time for your loan to be processed and could cost you additional funds.
